The fact that virtually none of the other participants in this discussion were able to even admit that there was a problem with illegal immigration, grooming gangs, etc. shows just how far the UK is from finding a solution.

I'm Italian and legally immigrated to the UK years ago, where I successfully built a career. I initially lived in London before moving to the countryside in South England, which I believed would be a very safe place. However, after five years, my husband and I decided to leave because we realized it wasn't the right environment to raise a family. The quality of life was declining, and crime was skyrocketing. I felt increasingly unsafe whenever I went out alone, with news of shootings and stabbings in schools and parks becoming all too common. It's heartbreaking because I'm deeply grateful for the opportunities England and its people offered me. However, I believe that the kindness of the British people is being taken advantage of by those who don't respect the culture. I hope one day you realise this and fight for yourselves.
