i have 1050 gtx and win 11 so i cannot use direct x? cause I can not install or enable
any suggestions I want to use direct x for nfs most wanted 2012 so can I download lower version of direct x?

So if you have gtx but have direct 12 option. You can't enable it? Or is it recommended to let the direct 12 disabled?

Can't get the Oculus Rift to do anything on a Surface Book 2 with a GTX 1060 in the base, I had Samsung Gear VR and I can't even watch a film in VR cinema, on a system paid 3 times as much, that on paper, is VR ready. Not sure people understand the concept of help, money, or time. A lot of people not understanding the simplicity of it being a driver issue, that isn't user accessible. It's not a hardware issue.
