The Supreme court judges advised ADR who filed petition, instead of asked to take transparat while counting the votes to have faith and trust with election commission. Now it is known that BJP won in many constituency with narrow margin and people have lost faith and trust with ECI, but we now lost faith and trust even with SC judges who were allowed the ECI to manipulate with many of EVM were not even opened and just they concluded the BJP may got that vote.
Wheather the SC judges will amend and ordered to open the unopen EVM during counting where BJP narrowly won. Is it not an untrust worthyness and cheated the opposition candidate winning the election.
The CJI should personnely involve and order for recounting of nearly 140 constituency.
To do this type of fraud in ECI, Modi kept his own loyalties in the Election commission and forced to sent out the CJI in selection of ECI, CSC, CBI and other instition
The CJI. Should instruct the President and ECI, the present Govt should be treated as a care taker govt without taking any decision and instruct the Modi to return back to India as his win in the election is a questionable.
Untill all formalities under CJI supervision, the President to recall Modi and dismiss his govt as unconstitunal

Even a total of 30 to 50 seats if are with say around 20, 000 votes in a total of around 10 to 15 lakhs total polled votes its a very serious matter as the victory margin is almost around 1% and when you just shift 0.5% votes from one side to other its victory for the other

As much is the difference of votes recorded by the EVM machines in almost 99% seats

Must be taken seriously every vote matters in such close contests

Overall the victory margins are as low as 1% for a sizeable number of seats
