In my local area there is a lake which used to be home to around 200 ducks and geese; its well known for it, and the locals like myself often buy feed over the winter to help them out. Last year a few local hotels were used to house illegal immigrants. We've got twenty ducks lefts. We've also been finding fishing line tied to trees and left overnight with baited hooks in the water, and sometimes the odd net stretched from one bank of the lake to the other.
They take and they take and when they take all they've been offered they plunder.
