Being that I have an older cousin who is severely autistic and a nephew with Asperger's, I understand a little about how difficult it is for people with these abilities to deal with the real world. This young man reminds me of my nephew.

For quite some time Ewan was behind his peers academically, but with sheer hard work and determination he caught up, sailed through his art course and managed to write his 10, 000 word dissertation without anyone's help. He has also passed his driving test, holds down a full time job and lives completely independently with his girlfriend.

He has turned into a LOVELY young man and we are all SO PROUD of him. Julie Gill, Glasgow, Scotland.

This young man is a hero. I actually have epilepsy and had felt separated from friends and family in the past. It really comes down to learn it live it love it. You don’t choose to have this disease, it “chooses you”. All in all you don’t control having it just learn to live with it and go through life at ease like you don’t stand out 💯

I can feel his joy. Yes… I’ve personally dealt with an autistic kid before. This kid was attached to me during a summer camp as he only knew how to interact with me. I feel the boy’s joy in his performance. He’s a champion of light.
