A new rune that works like conqueror or lethal tempo but for ability haste the longer you in combat it'll build up and then it'll start reducing your abilities by a percentage of every auto attack

QOTD: a champion that has 0 ways of actually dealing damage to champions. Like even sunfire would be disabled.
But with utility out of the ass.
Like you can aa, but your autos don't deal damage, but prevent the receiving champion from autoattacking for like half a second, messing their momentum up.
And cc, shields, heals, whatever form of utility on other spells.
With some built in way of clearing the jungle/minion waves, this could be insanely fun to play.
Probably skewed towards high elo play, but who cares.

Lee sin is really sleeper op in Lanes like the old days I spammed ls in top and mid very good at trading and pressure on map even I picked him support still do a lot of damage if u executed the game

QOTD: A champs that permanently controls a monster, like daisy, but its the passive ability and all the champs abilities is something the monster does.

QOTD: I Would pull a dota and add items for junglers to alter the map. In Dota players are able to create lanes to gank from with an item that can cut down trees on the map.

QOTD: I want a champion who’s abilities change depending on what ability he used before, so you could have multiple combo choices.

I would like a champ that could buff minions however, if the minions should get it last hit by the opponents, it will give out more money to them, I feel like this would be a high risk high reward type champion and it would be pretty cool to see something like that

I would add a character that can spawn / hide ally minions. It would be 50/50 since you can push easily, but other team can gain more gold. Hiding will (especially for the bot lane) make it easier to run / dodge attacks from enemy.
