One small correction, the EU has an active space agency, called ESA and is capable of launching rockets into space from it's Europe's Spaceport in French Guiana. The rockets (Ariane 5 and Vega) are actively being launched (around seven times a year)

You appear to completely ignore factors like supply, maintenance and training. Russia has always had problems with maintaining its forces and currently has a HUGE problem with maintaining aircrew training. All the best weapons are useless if they cannot be maintained and used by someone who is able to use it to is potential.

The EU could easily up its military output if it wanted to. It has far superior finance, industry and man power to do so.

Well... this didn't age well :') Maybe do another remake, and taking Russia's completely failed logistics, outdated military strategies and severly outdated and non-functioning material into account? A very large chunk of the tanks and aircraft that are officially counted as military capabilities, are old soviet material that is not functioning or used anymore and have been rotting away in hangars for decades.
