Emergency department wait times: Explaining the wait and how to reduce it

This video has been made for the Hamilton Health Sciences. It features an in-depth explanation of the contributors to the waiting time in the emergency department and how you can work to reduce it. It also features some special notes about the emergency department during the COVID-19 pandemic.
