Guys, kindly give preference to product based companies than service based companies like hcl, cts, Infosys. My first company was hcl but I left and joined other company in 1.5 years because there is no much benefits and their policies are 70% benefit them. Yes it’s completely depends on your project but look out their company policies you will get to know. Try to get some experience and jump to good product based companies. But here your job is safe you won’t ask to leave the company even there is no project in their hand which I like the most there

i am working in hcl from 2 years, its my first job.guys i will suggest do not think about this company even.its a worst experience of my life .yhan p jo manager k chamche hain wo unhi ko hike dete h, if you get EP and DP still u will get only 8-12% hike..workload is very worst.din raat ek krke kam kro fr v jtna input aap de rhe ho, u will get so disappointed from their output.I was here due to my 2 years bond.now m changing my job.its a worst company ever

All the points are accurate apart from appraisal. I am working for last 4 years in HCL. Even if your rating is EP or DP and you are doing very hard work and providing value to the project even then in some cases you will not get a good hike. Usually hike is given between 8-12% which is very low. Yes it also depends on the jack you have. I mean the connect with upper management.

Sir maine hcl service desk main technical round 16 March ko Diya tha but abhi Tak kuch pata nahi chala...kya aap mujhe bata sakte hai... technical round ke baad aur kitna samay lagta hai purre process ko complete hone main.

Hi.. I have two offers Infosys System Engineer 3.6LPA
HCL GET-Infra 2.75LPA
But infosys is not giving joining dates to our phase and put us on hold because of recession period i think

Kya baat kr de appraisal manager pe depend krta hai. Yha to poora hardwork krke bhe meets expectatiob mila aur 800 rs per month badha tha. Khoob tang bhe kra kaam bhe krwaya aur paise bhe nhi badhe.
