the moon flag conspiracy isn't that a flag can't wave in zero gravity, its that it can't wave because there's no wind on the moon. The reason the flag looks like it's waving in moon photos is because there is a metal rod at the top of the flag holding it up.

I honestly do not think that it was the microgravity that was the problem. Rather it was the constant switching between microgravity and hyper gravity that a person would have a problem with. In space that would not be an issue. Yes there are problems with microgravity which is why they have to spend hours each day exercising on the ISS to combat certain issues that arise from microgravity. However, the parabolic flight creating alternately hyper gravity followed by microgravity affects the body in a totally different way.

From what I can gather, Zero-G aircraft only produce 0g for about 20 seconds at a time. So you didn't spend 24 hours straight in Zero-G.
