I hate spending money just like everyone else but this is an excellent example of you get what you pay for…
However, this channel has a lot of free training here on YouTube. Knowing what to do and having the correct tools when it really matters is priceless.

My personal Jobsite FirstAid-Kit:


Tourniquet,
because of using circular saw, angle grinder, ...
OLAES Bandage with duct tape to assist one Hand opening
Eye wash

And for all other injuries I can get to another, normal FirstAid-Kit :-)
In my own kit there are:
Good tweezers
Instant cold packs
Antiseptic
Good band aids
Non sticking 4by4 (about 10)
Bigger Trauma Pad
Self adhesive tape
Emergency blanket
