Some people struggle with body dysmorphia and see themselves fat when they are not, they have a fear off gaining weight and losing their image and or identity, I struggled with anorexia and body dysmorphia in 9th grade for a year. Luckily I pulled myself out with eating slowly and working out/running. Never needed a therapist or counselor or medication. Just the desire to improve myself and the affirmative action to grasp the fleeting thoughts of growing, physically & emotionally.
