You obviously do not know the first thing about running a business. You hire a manager with the hopes that that manager understands your dreams and where you want your business to go. When that manager fails you do not sit there and allow it to keep on happening at the moment that you feel there is no point of return you fire them. This is what Woody Johnson did. The spark could have been he wants the people that he is paying to play for him to take him serious it could also have been the fact that nobody respected Robert Sahla. Notice when Roger comes off the field after he does something great He's hugging the head coach brick. Maybe that is what he means by what he said I need a spark to keep players here. Perhaps brick would have done 70 to 80% better maybe when it came up with 9 or 10 wins if he had to write offensive coordinator and the right defense of coordinator. Imagine your boss hiring a guy and that guy is horrible cannot do his job and you know it's going to reflect on you because if he can't do his job they go to you to yell at him That's what happened to brick.
