I have a really really in progress recipe i thought would be cool to try and tweak it's this


Buffalo Fries

Hot ranch dip/drizzle
Vinegar, Pepper (of choice), garlic, and then for the ranch just use whatever

Basic Fries but I recommend putting in a bowl and then putting normal hot sauce in and mixing before cooking

Then you cook until maybe 3/4 way take it out put the blue cheese crumbs and then chicken bits then back into the oven for reminder of time and then once out drizzle the ranch sauce and then whatever else you want (chopped green onion would be good)

Here’s a simple and healthier fried chicken recipe:

Ingredients:

• 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts or thighs
• 1 cup buttermilk (or plain yogurt)
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (for a healthier option)
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• Olive oil spray (for a lighter version)

Instructions:

1. Marinate the Chicken:
• In a large bowl, mix the buttermilk (or yogurt), paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
• Add the chicken pieces and coat them well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for better flavor).
2. Prepare the Coating:
• In another bowl, mix the whole wheat flour with the baking powder.
3. Coat the Chicken:
• Remove the chicken from the buttermilk marinade and shake off any excess. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, pressing lightly so the coating sticks well.
4. Fry the Chicken:
• For a healthier version, preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the coated chicken on it, and lightly spray with olive oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is golden and crispy.
• Alternatively, for traditional frying, heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken on medium heat until golden and cooked through (around 10-12 minutes depending on thickness), then drain on a paper towel.
