As the most extensively restored mission in California, the buildings and grounds are a step back in time. The nearly 2,000 acre park is also home to 25 miles of trails for hiking and horseback riding, a Visitor Center and Exhibit Hall, and livestock. Admission is free with a $6 per vehicle parking fee. The grounds are open 7 days a week except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
