Your slides are messed up. At 3:03 there are two columns, one for HTS and the one on the right for HS. However, you list only HS stuff under HTS and HTS stuff under HS.

Please exercise caution, as theres an uptick in manufacturers (specially from China), informing IORs, incorrect HS codes. This in order to pretend that IORs will pay less duty OR, avoid ADD/CVD. So, if you are a new importer, please make sure to consult with a Licensed Customs Broker (preferable one that has the experience and expertise in these types of lanes and products.).
