Hey there I know I’m a little late to the party. I’m a 31-year-old guy.. I put highlights in my hair for the first time in my life. I had a professional do it. And they use the balayage technique. It’s like a caramel blonde. I’ve gotten so many compliments at work it’s crazy.

I’m probably very late asking this but do your hair get lighter every time you do your foliage? Every time I go to the salon to fix my balayage when my roots are getting too long, my hair gets lighter because more and more hair strands gets bleached I guess…
