Well, technically Manhattan can see the future, so he saw that Rorscharch was going to ask "who the Hell is Steve Jobs?" And decided to go on with the joke anyways

The absolute best part of this (besides the whole goddamn thing; the music, the scream, the bassy sound effect) is the absolutely serene, almost emotionless way Manhattan says "ligma balls".

What makes this even funnier for me is knowing that the voices are basically the total opposite in the movie, Dr Manhattan (blue dude for those who dont know) has a really soft and calming demeanor, while Rorschach (masked dude) has a really deep voice.
