Heavy on the don’t eat low fat. It messes with your hormones so bad, including your hunger hormones. If you want to feel satisfied when you eat, include healthy fats !

Excessive training effect is real. I got involuntary bleeding bcs i worked out 7 days a week no rest 😭 so women out there, dont push it too hard, listen to your monthly cycle

Scientifically speaking your body does process carbs differently as the day progress.since you digestion slows down eating carbs in the late afternoon is a recommendation or smaller amounts then you would in the morning. But obviously when you work out in relation to those carbs can also have the impact on how your body processes it so it is all in perspective and margin like everything in life

This is exact and on point. If you don't have any underlying health concerns or issues with specific foods for any reason, we shouldn't be cutting any kind of food from our diets unless we are consuming it in excess. We should also be excersicing not because of aesthetics but for fun and for having a healthy body, whatever that means to you, always prioritizing your overall health, mental, physical, and spiritual.

100% facts just the processed thing, foods that are processed aren’t inherently bad. Protein powder is about as processed as you can get but is phenomenally healthy.

I am so over people shitting on low weight/high rep ‘toning’ workouts. They prioritize muscle endurance over muscle mass. Saying they don’t work simply because they don’t help you reach your goals is inaccurate and misleading.
