Note: After making this video, the Developers have updated the Software. So there are minor Layout Changes also. So if you are facing Disabled Tabs then follow these steps:

Okay its great but You cant convert the fps from 25 to 60 because it could be damage fps and video quality so I recommend 25 to 50 that's it. 29.97 to 59.94, 30 to 60, 24 to 48, etc be sure perfect double numbers.

Once you click on Avisynth all below menu shown are not workable, they cant be clicked.

Oh ty, Its Work 100% :')
Btw I use AVC Level 5.0 because when I use level 4.2 the video cannot be converted and the command tells me to use at least level 5.0 (Click "Read more" for BONUS info)
(+) Oh Yeah Bonus! I recommend using AAC or AC3 (better than AAC) audio encoding because other encoding cannot use to mp4 output in Hybrid (such as DTS) or other encodings are available but the encoding are not good
(+) Can't use "Filtering" ? Go to "Support" (which is at the bottom right) in "Filtering" and change it to Avisynth

(*) Use "HD Video Converter Factory Pro" Software for encoding converter
