Scarborough Bluffs Environmental Assessment - 2023

The Scarborough Bluffs West Revitalization Study will explore the renewal of and improvements to approximately 4.5 km of Lake Ontario Shoreline from Bluffer’s Park to R.C. Harris Water Treatment Plant. Drone footage captured by TRCA staff in 2023 provides a bird’s eye view of the project area that will be considered for opportunities to improve access, protect infrastructure, and connect naturalized and trail systems along the waterfront.
