Let me get this straight! So! It’s okay for each state to have it’s own mandates, rules & regulations etc.., but! I don't see anyone pushing back on the effectiveness of vaccine mandates. In many places across the country, the threat of mandates at workplaces created a huge leap in vaccines for October and November. The mandates work! Most people aren't going to lose their jobs over a safe and effective vaccine.

Seems like the Grim Reaper did come to pay a visit to Grim Reaper McConnell in Kentucky. Karma in action. McConnell might learn the lesson that what goes around, comes around. Hate and injustice never goes unpunished. McConnell must be thanking his lucky stars he did finally vote to pass the Infrastructure, Build Back Better, bill so now Kentucky will have the resources to build back, and hopefully better rather than in ignorance.

Although all assistance should be rushed to those who have been devastated by these recent tornados,
I just can't shake the feeling in these politicized times that the areas affected are almost exclusively those of communities most noted for their selfish attitudes of refusing to follow public guidance on Covid prevention, and whose healthcare systems are overloaded. These are the counties and states which are poor, and are poor because they refuse to invest in infrastructure to generate wealth with high paying jobs. And, of course these communities are almost without exception deep red, insisting on preserving old ways that include un-American values which should be obsoleted.

Does any of this matter?
Maybe not, because any Americans who suffer natural disaster like these tornadoes should be helped.
