The eleven single-day stock market drops in the history of Dow Jones (128 years) occurred during Trump's presidency. The U.S. economy lost 2.9 million jobs. The unemployment rate increased by 1.6 percentage points to 6.3%. The poverty rate increased 1.76%. Trump was the first president since Herbert Hoover during the Great Depression, ninety years ago, to depart office with fewer jobs in the country than when he entered.

I am extremely upset with the Republican party and feel truly disappointed. All the complaints about the issues we face, while at the same time criticizing the Democratic party for inactivity. Yet, they refuse to sit down and make a genuine effort to help with border security. It feels like they are saying, "I can help you, but only if you vote for us first." It seems like Republican elected officials don't care about what's happening in our country. The Republicans are not showing strength, but rather sitting on the sidelines, cheering for the opposing team. I urge everyone, including Republicans, to vote for Democratic candidates who are willing to face the challenges head-on, rather than shying away from them.
