The @stupidsimpletools drag knife is cutting very well. I’m still learning how to setup the tool path in @adskfusion360 using the DragKnife plugin.

Part of the issue I think is the shapes i’m trying to cut are very small so the drag knife doesn’t have a chance to get into the right direction before cutting. Larger shape helped a lot.

The other issue is getting the “blade offset” value correct in the DragKnife Fusion plugin. That’s taking some trial and error.

I don’t think I need the little flower petal curves I added in Fusion to keep the knife down and on track. That’s just a hack to see if i’m understanding the tool paths correctly and to see if that technique can help cut small shapes. The DragKnife Fusion plugin should do some of that automatically on larger shape cuts but still messing with it.
