I have seen this program in action. I feel that people heal better in their own comfortable environment if there is loving support. However, I would definitely have a camera (not hidden, the caregiver is aware of) to monitor things if it was my loved one. It will ensure quality control meanwhile protecting the care giver as well. Glad this guy is feeling better!
