I got the vers down but struggling with the bridge, A to C# to B.. are there any other ways to play that bit?

I clicked on this because it said easy, but it has barre chords and felt really rushed with the strumming pattern and there's alot to remember..As a beginner would appericate a slower walk through of this song. Thanks
