Another one?! It looks promising, but do we have to play around with the tension for hours before our shot can be achieved? That's no doubt the most frustrating part of my Edelkrone workflow. I'll happily swap my JibONE for the v3.

Iam a Jibone v1 customer and I can say that DJI is coming for you. I don't know what is the issue with Jibone but I feel something is missing. Iam okay with the challenges of updates and Bluetooth connectivity as they don't last long.

Am sure DJI is going to make a slider, a jib.

i order this product, but bluetooth is disconeting, and in head pluse, cant ejecst to gravity product is tight

after using a lot of Edelkrone products in the past, I can agree with the other ones here, that it was a lot of times frustrating because the connection with the app was not stable, updates in the middle of production, the motors were not smooth enough. Exactly the so called precision movements did not work in most cases without troubles. If you count the parts together you need for this, it is way too expensive. Your videos always look top notch and now it is mostly the animation video but a good style. I can achieve most of the shots with my DJI RS 4 with motion tracking. Sorry guys but you never give up innovating I have to admit

On device Controls... that's all we want... get rid of the worthless app, it only slows down productions, just simple hand movement to the In point - Press the In button, then move it to the outpoint by hand, Press the out button, a small dial that controls the speed, and that's it.

I apologize for the negative comment, but it's safe to say I'm extremely disappointed in your products, especially considering the price I paid for them.
