Attorney do not have a license that show thing is fraud which allows the courts to hold you to a higher standard because the attorneys don't have a license at all!
Also, Lawyers and attorneys are NOT licensed to practice law the nature of lawyer- craft in America as per the United States Supreme Court; The practice of Law CAN NOT be licensed by any state/State. (Schware v. Board of Examiners, 353 U.S. 238, 239).

They are there to help them get you. Wow! If that ain’t the damn truth! I need a lawyer. Have contract for deed contract that is missing so many things. I don’t even know which insurance we have. I can’t get them to provide a yearly statement. JP ruled in their favor to evict us. I’ve appealed it but have no idea what I’m doing. Sellers lawyer sent us a letter stating we need to get out within 11 days. I haven’t even heard from county court about a court date on my appeal. I can’t even tell you how much is so wrong with my contract. I’d be typing for days. Legal aid says they don’t have enough legal staff to help us. That is twice in a year they’ve told me that. I just cry. Daily. Not knowing what in the hell to do. Seller is a well known business owner and well...I’m not.
