This video is a walk-through of a new masterplan proposal for the build-out of the town center portion of The Preserve masterplan. Nequette Architecture and Design has worked with Capstone Communities, US Steel Real Estate, and The Preserve's advisory council to develop and refine this proposal and the programmatic elements in it. In the video, Louis Nequette walks through the project goals and the programmatic uses, orientation, central amenity spaces and community desires and concerns. Program involved in the proposal are as follows, multifamily rental units, commercial retail, food and beverage, amenity spaces, & for sale residential. This is a New Urbanist concept and revolves around the pedestrian environment and community walkability.

Have you considered connecting this town center with Ross Bridge and Trace Crossings town center’s via a gondola?
