Useful intro, thanks. For those on MacOS who want to fix the left-panned stereo audio, you can do the following to temporarily convert all audio output from your Mac to mono:

1. Open System Preferences
2. Open the Accessibility settings
3. Find the Audio settings
4. Turn on mono audio

Just don't forget to switch it off after watching the tutorial or you'll never here Stereo audio on your Mac ever again 😄

I have never used MURAL before and I was asked to post a reflection about a chapter I read and I was just wondering do I just click on text and copy and paste or start typing or is there actually a way to upload a Google doc

Great tutorial. Does each team member that I invite have to have their individual mural license or just the mural creator? I am consult within the company, and groups I work with could change day to day. Based on their work stream they may not have a license. I am trying to see if I need to have them request one if I opt to add this to my Teams work flow. .

Are questions being answered here? I am a new account holder and would like to use Mural to facilitate a virtual meeting with partners outside my organization. I want to share by copying/pasting a link into Teams (or Zoom). When I do so, I select "Visitor" and would like the recipients of the link to be able to interact with the board (i.e., type text, move icons and sticky notes, etc.). Should I give Visitors the ability to "View" or "Edit"? These terms aren't clear...I'm not sure what "View" and "Edit" mean in this context. Does "View" mean "look but not interact" or "look and interact"? Does "Edit" mean "interact with the board" or "reorganize the layout and graphics and edit text anywhere on the board"?

I DON'T want visitors to be able to change ("edit"?) the structure of the layout or the explanatory content, but they should be able to interact with the board's sticky notes and icons and edit any text they have added. Can the options under "Guest/Visitor" be changed to "View/Interact/Edit" instead to clarify?

I want to see more of the tool. I don’t need to see the person talking. Please share videos where it’s focused more on showing the tool not the speaker.
