(6-14-19) This is a second vintage Dover elevator at this office center. It's basically the same as the other one, only this one is not glass. Looking at the layout of the building, this one could have actually been made glass pretty easily, it would have just looked out in the parking lot instead of the other building.

After reading your comments, I just had to take a look witih GoogleMaps. What an oddly pleasing property this is! The square footage could've been higher with a more squared off boring building. Thankfully they decided to do something very much more interesting here. This place almost has a feeling of a slightly corrupt César Pelli design...
