Spellfall - How to Equip and Use Runes in Battles

Today we're going to focus on Runes, how to equip them and use them in battle.

First off, a rune is a Magical Artifact that you buy on the store and you can equip either to your armor or weapon socket. It can be either Passive or Active.

An Active Rune will give you a Special Magical Spell to attack, Stun or Heal Yourself. It's recharged by making matches of tyles of a certain element.

Once you fill the lower bar, you can use the Rune's magic spell.

Active Runes also gain experience the more you use them; at Level 2 you can fill two magic bars and double your spell power.

Take note that an Active Rune only gets charged if it's element's bar is the one showing on the lower screen; but you can change it if you know your matching a certain element in your next move.

On the Store you can also buy Passive Runes that boost your stats, like giving extra defense to your armor or more power points to your weapon.

Check out your inventory and equip the runes that will work best for you. And check the store often to see if a useful one appears.
