Great video. I've been DJing for 25 years and this is a huge help for polishing up a lot of my older collection. It's amazing what just a little bit of extra mastering can do to make an old track sound fresh. I'm in Ableton 11 suite, btw, and didn't use those plug ins. I added a "Boom Capture" EQ and it really pulled up a lot of bass that hadn't been present in the track I'm working on. I'll be saving this chain rack. Thanks for the excellent advice.

Super helpful video. Going to try this out tonight. One correction tho: when you are running two limiters the way you described, that would be “serial” processing, not “parallel” as you said. Parallel would be if you had a like a chain selector, so part of the signal was going to one limiter, and the rest of the signal was going to the other limiter.

Have you tried waves NS1 plug-in? Can that help the “hss”?

How would i fix the tune from dnb mix that was never released? I cut it from the mix but there is no proper beginning and no proper ending! Sound quality is so so. So I want to make the song complete and fix the sound quaility! IS there any tool that can halp me remaster the song and make proper ending and extend the loops?

Actually that's not why we did that when we would mix we want to add more effect to the music so we would add sounds on one of the channels so you would hear it when we were playing in big Halls so you should not be playing with that that was an art back in the day

Thats awful. I understand your process but -8 LUFS is too much, you’re absolutely destroying the dynamic range. Your waveform must look like a block.
