Just in case others have case like me:
When starting Valorant, my starting screen is stuck/freeze (the background video is paused), but the mouse can still choose start button or setting button. The sound effect of clicking the button still activate, though the screen will still be frozen.
My working solution is: Alt+Enter
This will make Valorant enter windowed mode, and in windowed mode, my Valorant working fine.
(After 2 painful days of debugging PC, Windows, resinstall game, antivirus, driver, etc. :') )

My pc freezes sometimes when i alt tab my valorant and i have to manually restart my pc

I tried this, now it gives me an error everytime I try to open it, it's not allowing me to open the game anymore, I've tried to reinstall it, it won't let me open.

My problem is so different to be honest there isn’t a single solution on YouTube for that, it is a problem where while playing Valorant I am performing a certain action or something and suddenly it stops and like it freezes for a second or two in front of enemies it is the hardest

Just got this issue today after update 22621.1344 on Win 11 (the Bing search bar update), VALORANT is unplayable, LOL and other games seems normal tho.
