Forces and times passage are two sides of a same coin. Clocks empirically demonstrate this, and all world systems are comparable. Force drives clocks which then enable a measure of time. Clocks therefor are a measure of force driven changes. Atomic clocks measure atomic activities, and atomic activities are caused by atomic forces. It is a modulation of atomic forces that results in the effect known as time dilation. A modulation of time is caused by modulated atomic forces.


If that makes sense to you, then this next point is the important point. Atomic forces are the generators of mass, and gravitationally dependent modulation of atomic forces equates to modulated atomic mass. Baryon variable mass.


Scale baryon mass dependent upon gravity's mass distance square law. As stars in galaxies become more defuse from one another, as you move away from galaxy center, baryon mass is scaled. It places measure of mass in such a way as to explain for the necessary gravity to solve anomalous galaxy rotation velocities.
