How to make your Jiffy Cornbread Moist

I enjoy cornbread, but don't enjoy all the dry crumbly bread. If you want your cornbread moist like me, you need to make this recipe.

Ingredients:
2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Large eggs
2/3 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup (3ounces) Vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons Sugar (for sweeter cornbread add 2 more tablespoons of sugar or you can substitute 2 Tablespoons of Honey)

Will this work with the Jiffy cake mixes too? I love to use they are awfully dry too...?

Can't have milk so I have to use water or evaporated milk. I will also cook mine in a cast iron skillet in the over. Never heard of anyone putting syrup on it. Butter yes

Is that a Michigan accent? What part of the state( show me on your hand!). Thanks for the trick. I am trying southern food and looking for cornbread to go with my collard greens. Originally from the Bronx who went to Meechigan in Ann Arbor.
