All you need is a bachelor’s degree, 20+yrs experience doing 100 different duties, using 50 different platforms, no benefits, need your own car to run errands, 5 days vacation after 2 years and pay is MINIMUM WAGE.

Fr I was trying to get a job this summer. Put in multiple applications got five interviews went to three of them. Almost all of the places ghosted me afterwards and one of them sent me an interview way too late because it was the week before I was going away for camp for three weeks😭

reminds me of that Job ad that was looking for 5 years of experience and a Master's degree (that's 4-6yrs on avg in pay $13 an hour. I also think they wanted someone bilingual. I wonder if they found somebody.
