VERIFY | Can the State of Texas secede from the union?

Here we are over two hundred years later trying to tell thd states they can not do the same thing. States do not need ask permission to take action against unjust government. That's a simple fact.

Incorrect. According to the Texas Land Commission, Texas land is not like other states as the legality of the details really show that Texas is in control of the land for which allows Federal operations. Texas can secede unlike any other state. It would be damaging to the USA as we are embedded in all industries and is a chunk of the US economy. Also if counties in Texas come to a vote and the Texas Supreme Court approves the results with a plan after secession then we can separate as the Republic of Texas still stands if the US cant uphold responsibilities for our state and damages our state and local economies then we are left with no choice but to cut policy ties with parasites in DC hurting our way of living with their misrepresentations.
