I just received mine for the Turtle Beach Stealth Pros and the installation is exactly as described. I also own the Wicked Cushion pads for my Audeze Maxwells. The original pad easily pop off with a butter knife. The more important part is how well designed the Wicked Cushion pads are. With experience in mechanical engineering and plastic injection molding, I can tell you these are designed to the exact fitment as the factory pads if not better.

As for comfort, they are slightly thicker and more dense but just as comfortable. They do add a small amount of weight but the Stealth Pros are comfortable headsets with a good head band so again, no issue. You can instantly feel the cooling gel and softer material against your skin.

I do not have any way to measure frequency response but I didn't notice any change to the sound profile. If there is, it must be minor.

Overall, a great purchase once again. Thanks again Wicked Cushions 👍

About when will these be available? I've had the cooling gel pad ear cups for almost every single headset ive owned and have been waiting for these for forever for my Turtls Beach Headset because they are absolutely amazing imo. Might do a comparison video with them on my main channel just to let people know about them cause they are great.

Thank you for the video. I’ll try to describe the overall experience of having these based on the criteria that makes up the “comfort” aspect:

1) Initial touch/feel - The original cushions have a cool, leather touch that bears softness. The Wicked Cushions (I’ll abbreviate them WC from here on) have a mesh layer, almost velvety texture, not as cool on the very first contact.
2) Size - While the stock cushions on the Stealth Pro are actually quite large for headphone cushions, the WC is still ever so slightly larger and deeper.
3) Clamp force - It will feel relatively the same until you get into longer gaming sessions, at which point the slightly extra padding will play a factor in maintaining comfort for longer.
4) Sound - Essentially the same. You won’t notice any difference, if there is any.
5) Bonus - The WC stay cooler for longer (I got the cooling ones so I’d certainly hope they performed as such)

Overall it’s an A+ grade product, albeit the Stealth Pro cushions already had the most comfortable headphone experience by default already. The WC are an improvement and I’m glad I made the purchase, but it’s not necessary in the same way that the Astros and the SS Arctis Nova Pros needed them.
