I think her sister barely talked to her because she knew the day would come (like she knew someday she would pass away) so she didnt want to get to attached to Zoe because it would hurt more to say goodbye. If that makes sense. Just a theory tho.

I actually think that Issac may be gay. He didn't make fun of the kid in the locker rooms like Boots did, and there was that scene where he asked Zoe if Cleo had ever "told her anything about him". Not to mention when Zoe went to visit Kent, there was that weird incident about Cleo "explaining everything." My guess is that Cleo was Issac's beard (fake girlfriend to hide his sexuality) and that's why she was able to be in love with Kent so easily, because there were no feelings attached with Issac. Maybe that's just my gay self being too helpful lol, but yeah. :)

Issac is obviously gay because they have been giving us hints toward that the whole time! Like when he was around when that one kid was being picked on for being gay (even though he wasnt), the part where he seems concerned Cleo might have told Zoe or Zoes best friend. Also when Zoe goes to meet him in the Hospital he talks about how when she told him about Issac and how he was mad at first but then she explained! So obviously Cleo was just helping Issac out! And I think he is worried Zoe knows so he is trying to figure out if she does..but I think in some ways he wants her to know because he misses having someone to confide in all the time so he wants with Zoe what he used to have with Cleo. A girl that he can tell all of his secrets to plus someone to help him hide the fact that he is gay.
