Pardon me, have we been introduced? OK, you don't know what you don't know, I get it, but you need to schedule time and watch the videos about how this business altering, life improving, commission generating system functions and make it the new "love" of your life. Ok, your business, but you will understand once you learn it, live it, earn it, and give it, your best shot. (Cue the Pat Benitar song). Seriously, you can (and should) build your entire business around new homes. For you the agent, less hours from start to finish of a sale, very few "deal killing" problems, and a lot less remorse from buyers (new sells really well and they stick to the purchase) and for the Buyer, a great home that has an amazing design, super cool features, amazing green energy savings galore, (did you know that the energy savings alone vs a resale home can often pay for the difference in monthly payments for the new home?) Add a warranty and that makes them the envy of their peers! What's not to like? Did I also mention that Builders are great at getting tight, difficult, loans approved and closing on time? The onsite builder rep is YOUR friend! They mostly work on commission too! Build a relationship with the local sales reps for the Builders then count your blessings (and your cash)! HINT: A relationship means they recognize your face and call you by your name when you come to the models, and they know your voice over the phone. My personal hero in Texas sold 47 new homes in one year and that were all buyers that a few "favored" agents registered with him at his Builder, then turned over the closing to him, but still provided great moral support along the way until the Buyer got the keys. That's relationships!
