Hey I’m going to university 2022 hopefully. I’be got an interest in sports therapy/ rehab however looking at courses in the UK there are so many. I’m really confused about the difference between sports therapy and Rehabilitation. Many courses I’ve looked into are: sport and exercise therapy, sports therapy, sports rehabilitation and sports therapy and Rehabilitation. It’s hard to choose between the similar courses.
