Charging Management by Phoenix Contact E-Mobility GmbH: Founded in January 2013, Phoenix Contact E-Mobility GmbH is the competence center for components and solutions for electromobility within the Phoenix Contact Group.

We develop charging management systems and charging controllers for DC and AC charging. Our customers see us as a full-line supplier of charging infrastructure components, both static and mobile.

GP JOULE GmbH chose Phoenix Contact E-Mobility GmbH as the technology supplier for load and charging management due to their cross-industry know-how, as well as their product and technology portfolio. Working together, the two can now offer customer-specific solutions which enables GP Joule GmbH to serve the end customer directly.

At GP Joule, we install and run photovoltaic systems on a grand scale. That's our history, and for two years now we've been setting up big charging infrastructures. This is a strong developing new market. The customers' needs are changing. As installations are getting bigger and bigger, we need to use the power connection in an optimum way, and we also have to meet user demands regarding different charging speeds.

Thanks to the Phoenix Contact EV Charging Suite software, meeting those special demands is very easy for us. Now we're able to supply customized solutions. Apart from this, the Phoenix Contact Portfolio also provides the right hardware for us. For example, the charge controller. With Phoenix Contact as our partner, it's possible to offer our customers solutions that are tailored to their respective needs.
