Adventures With Purpose (AWP), a team of dedicated civilian divers known for their relentless efforts in solving cold cases, took on the challenge of finding Donnie.

After an initial search, which left the team with more questions than answers, AWP continued their quest on Day 2, determined to uncover the truth behind Donnie's disappearance.

The search on Day 2 was centered around Tunnel Dam, an area that had consistently drawn interest throughout the investigation.

Equipped with advanced technology, including sonar, live scope imaging, and a magnetometer, the team meticulously scanned the region.

The magnetometer, a device used to detect metal objects underwater, was pivotal in distinguishing potential targets such as vehicles from other debris.

AWP's dedication was further exemplified by their collaboration with local authorities. Gaining permission to access previously restricted areas above Tunnel Dam allowed them to explore regions that had not been accessible in prior searches.

During the search, the team faced numerous challenges, including rugged terrain and low visibility.

One of the key moments of Day 2 involved the identification of a large object submerged near a barrier. Initial readings suggested the presence of a significant metal object, prompting the team to deploy the magnetometer for a closer analysis. However, further examination revealed it was not a vehicle but a different metallic structure. This discovery, while not the breakthrough they had hoped for, underscored the importance of their methodical approach and the use of advanced technology in eliminating false leads.

Throughout the search, AWP maintained a strong focus on their ultimate goal: bringing Donnie home and providing closure to his family, particularly his sister, Yvonne who had been desperately seeking answers for nearly a decade.

The team's efforts were not in vain. Each area they cleared brought them closer to understanding where Donnie might be. Their persistence and thoroughness were crucial in narrowing down the possible locations and increasing the chances of a successful outcome.

Stay tuned as we continue this docuseries and bring you the conclusion as to when Donnie was found.

Just wanted you guys to know, I dont usually watch intros to anything (I get annoyed), but as more cases are solved, i noticed that the intros get longer due to the number of cases solved by a bit. I just wanted to say that no matter if the intro would get longer due to you guys solving cases, even if it becomes 5 or more minutes long, i would watch those all the way as a way of me sympathizing with the families and paying respects to your efforts. You guys are honestly a blessing, no matter what cocky law enforcement (not saying every one is, but those that do) says otherwise, and I just hope that you guys are able to solve more cases and bring answers to families.

It is awesome what y'all do. I just wonder how many missing people are underwater somewhere just waiting to be found, while families never had any answers as to what happened to them. It has to be a calling from God to do what y'all do. Thank you.

In the beginning when I first seen your channel I imaged over time you guys would undoubtedly start to learn significant and many troubling things involving disappearance. Things which few people know and understand. Because I have lived a very difficult life. I witnessed alot of unbearable trauma. Due to the countless tragic deaths of my most beloved family and closest friends. 5 of which took their own lives. I questioned why and went searching for answers. What Ive found was not for the faint of heart. I hope you know that what your doing is right and very important. Don't be afraid to pursue the truth no matter what you uncover. I hope along the way you guys remain strong and your mental health is not negatively effected by what you see and learn. Love you guys!

Jared: FYI it's pronounced like "Sunday, Monday, Hyundai." That's according to the dealership in Tinley Park, IL. Btw Loving your videos for many years now.
Crazy that this was at Lake of the Ozarks at the Cave! Great food, drinks and atmosphere. Tables in the pool! The lake needed a new restaurant. Been vacationing there for 37 years straight. If I had been there and had seen you guys out there I would have exploded with excitement!

Another dive group just found him. I watched that episode last night. He was found on private land in a pond by an airport. I do not remember the town name. I do believe it was SC though.
