For long time fanbase already guess that Teach ate a devil fruit that allow him to eat two more devil fruit.
Some said it's cerberus devil fruit
Other said it's octopus devil fruit

I love the laugh theory too, though it’s pretty inconsistent sadly. Not all laughs are tied to devil fruits. Luffy’s shishishi, big mom’s mamamamama, Caesar’s shorororo. There are definitely some clear correlations, though!
