I'm very interested in an affordable passive Stingray, but why do they cost so much in the EU? I really wish there was a short scale version too, I love the Shortscale one that currently exists but it's too expensive over here and the neck feels rough compared to the SUBs

Just buy a Sire Z3 which is much much better and for about the same price! I just reviewed the bass on my channel here. Come take a look and see it for yourself

Can someone who has this or played this bass confirm the nut width? The video says 40mm but The Sterling by Music Man site says 38mm.
