Tomorrow by Silverchair

It's twelve o'clock, and it's a wonderful day,
I know you hate me, but I'll ask anyway,
Won't you come with me, to a place in a little town,
The only way to get there's to go straight down,
There's no bathroom, and there is no sink,
The water out of the tap is very, hard to drink,
Very hard to drink,

You, wait til tomorrow,
You, wait til tomorrow,

You say that money, isn't everything,
But I'd like to see you live without it,
You think you can keep on going living like a king,
Oohh babe, but I strongly doubt it,

Very hard to drink,
Very hard to drink,
You gonna wait too, fat boy,
Fat boy, wait til tomorrow,
You gonna wait too, fat boy,
Fat boy, wait til tomorrow,

You, wait til tomorrow,
You, wait til tomorrow,
You gonna wait too, fat boy,
Fat boy, wait til tomorrow,
You gonna wait too, fat boy,
Fat boy, wait til tomorrow.

in the pre chorus his delivery of the vocals is just goosebump inducing. its so sincere and intense its almost like hes wailing. for a 15 year old kid he had some insane talent

It’s wild these guys wrote this song at 15 years old. This is also my favorite album cover of all time.

I was riding my bike back home from my friends house and as I passed one of her neighbor's trailers I hear something familiar. What's that I hear? Its Silverchair! I have never been more proud of some random dude.

This song would complete the unintentional song trilogy:
Yesterday - The Beatles
Today - Smashing Pumpkins
Tomorrow - Silverchair

This song just does not get old.
I've heard it many times on the radio station when I was young. My dad was playing it loud as fuck in his living room last November. I downloaded it asap. I must have listened to it 600 times to this day. And I still jam to it like I just discovered it. I absolutely love this song.

These guys were just 15 - 16 years old when they recorded this. Let that sink in

I didn't get to see Nirvana unfortunately live... but I am glad I was able to see Silverchair live around 95-96 and it was an amazing concert. One of the better bands of the mid to late 90s.
