I always update my Garmin devices with Garmin Express using a PC. Initially I had troubles updating through Wi-Fi were the download would fail. Used a PC ever since. I also use Garmin BaseCamp so I would like to have a copy of the map on my PC.

Have you ever used a factory installed GPS? If so, do you like this better than factory?

I've gave your video a 👍🏽thumbs up for effort. My Nüvi 2689LMT just 😵died it had 170, 000 miles on it. Device went into a Boot Loop 😫

I absolutely 👎🏽hated using Garnin Express on the PC.

1. Find Old School USB 1 Cable.
2. Find Laptop.
3. Find Garmin Express Software.
4. Find Garmin Nüvi 2689LMT.
