Very good video. Right to the point without all the talking. Exactly what I was looking for. I am starting with a young lemon tree, and am going to graft several different citrus varieties to it. Kind of a mixed fruit salad. Wish me and the tree luck, because it's my first try, and something I always wanted to try.

Thank you so much! I tried another youtube method and not a single graft took-- I bought scions from UCR (CCPP) in California so know it was good budwood. I had about $200 worth of budwood and grafting supplies, and grafted to four of my current citrus trees, so it was a painful and expensive loss. I'll purchase on a smaller scale this time and try again. I'll be sure to let you know if I succeed. I also loved hearing you interact with your child in the background, it was very sweet.

I’ll have to try these. I need all the beginner tips I can get at this point. It’s really hot where I am, so all my grafts dry out. I’m wondering if covering it with plastic makes it worst for me.
