I'd keep the genuine, top quality Honda carb over a cheap China Carb any day of the week. Especially when you factor in the cable and trigger change.

And you need better fuel, that tank is rusted out (I know it’s plastic but it does happen) flush the tank and clean it, then throw some high octane fuel with seafoam and you’ll be good
